Guarantee:
1) We carefully select only high quality apparel that we believe you will love. In case you don't, or if the size is wrong, all items carry a 30 day money back guarantee, for credit (to your credit card) or exchange, on the cost of the merchandise. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition.

2) We guarantee to ship your order no later than the next business day after you place the order. If we don't, we will refund you the freight charge on your order. This guarantee applies only to orders placed with credit cards which have the correct credit card billing address, and does not apply if we have to contact you for information that is missing from your order. Orders placed with PayByCheck online electronic check service will be held for 5 business days for funds to clear. International orders ship only Tues-Fri.

Usually, all orders received by 2pm Central Time are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will ship Monday. In the very unlikely event that an item you order is not in stock, we will notify you within 24 hours via telephone or email

Payments
You may pay for your order with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or JCB card, as well as by check, money order or wire transfer. We also accept PayPal. Orders may be placed through our web site, or by phone at 1-877-262- 8291

Shipping:
We ship most orders by UPS Ground. Shipping charges are $4.95 for orders under $20, and $6.95 for orders from $20-$100. UPS Ground shipping is free on orders of $100 or more. UPS Ground is a 1-5 day service to all continental US addresses. We also ship via Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs, and US territories at the same price.
Expedited shipping:
For guaranteed shipping times, UPS 2Day ($12.95) and Overnight($21.95) are always available. Orders placed before 2pm Central time M-F will ship the same day.
About UPS: UPS does not count weekend days or holidays. A UPS Overnight order placed on Friday will be delivered Monday. Likewise, a UPS 2Day order placed Thursday will be delivered on Monday, and a 2Day order placed on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. We can arrange for Saturday delivery of Overnight shipments placed on Friday, there is an extra charge of $17.00, and you must call us toll free at 1-877-358-9201 for this service. UPS orders placed after 2PM Central time on Friday or all day Saturday or Sunday will not be able to be shipped until Monday, as UPS does not pick up on weekends.
International shipping:
Yes, we can ship most of our items to international addresses. International orders must have the correct billing address for the credit card, and ship to the same country from which the credit card is issued. We can also ship orders upon receipt of an international money order in US Funds. Check here for more details.
